About FlexyFiles
FlexyFiles is a free online workspace for everyday document jobs. Upload your files once, preview every page, pick the files or single pages you need, and chain steps — merge, split, reorder, rotate, compress, watermark, number pages, protect with a password or convert to images. Every result is saved next to your other files, ready to download.
Why we built it
Most online PDF tools do one thing at a time: upload, convert, download, and start again. Real work rarely looks like that — you split a contract, take two pages from another file, put them together and make the result small enough to e-mail. FlexyFiles keeps all your files together so you can do that in one place.
Our principles
- Free, no account. Every tool is free to use, without sign-up and without watermarks on your results.
- Your files stay yours. We process them only to do what you ask, never look at them or share them, and delete them automatically 48 hours after your last visit — or immediately, when you choose.
- Works on any device. Processing happens on our servers, so a phone handles a large PDF as well as a desktop.
- Honest about funding. The site is paid for by advertising. You decide how your data may be used for ads in our privacy choices.
What's next
PDF is the first part of FlexyFiles. Tools for spreadsheets — Excel and CSV — will join the same workspace.
